The process​

All paintings shown here are acrylic on burlap that has been streached over wooden cradle style frames with an inch and one half depth.  The burlap is sized with primer then coated thinly with plaster to create a workable surface.  Panels are then gessoed and painted.  The results are a highly textural effect with a palpable tactile quality.
